ORDERING

To ensure you get the correct size grab a measuring tape and take your measurements for your bust, waist and hips. Once you have these refer to our size guide to get the correct size for you.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

If you have ordered the wrong size and it hasn't been dispatched yet, please email us at service@brabicshaper.com. We will do our best to change it for you.

In most cases you can find the order confirmation in your Junk or Spam inbox of your email account. Please make sure to check this before contacting our customer support. Please make also sure to check the correct e-mail account. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us as there may have been a typo in your email during your purchase.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

 

SHIPPING

1. Most orders will be sent within 1-2 business days.
2. We pride ourselves on being extremely quick on all shipments! Most package ship out next day! Brabic does not process or ship orders on weekend or holidays.
3. When your package ship out, you’ll get an email with a tracking link (it can take up to 24-48 hours to update).

Check the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the products have shipped. International Orders: If you used USPS as your shipping method (shipping from the U.S. to another country via a 3rd party), remember that your order stops tracking after the package leaves the U.S. and may indicate being "delivered" at that time.

 

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
